Facilities Manager/Chief Engineer- 5 star Hotel
at Helena Gammon in Dubai (UAE)
A Major Hotel Management Group are assisting the hand over and eventual operational Management for a large complex group of Residential Developments with the same design as a 5* Prestigious Hotel Apartments.
The General manager requires a professional Facilities Manager to over see the Security and Maintenance contractors and have overall responsibility for budget control.
To be employed by the owner however be contracted to the management company and oversee from the client and management group.
Required to manage budgets, SLA’s and daily operations for over 200 large scale residential serviced Hotel Villas.
Initially working alone however within the next 2 years before the actual pre-opening of the Hotel there will be management opportunities in-house and career progression.

- Experience in the Middle East is not essential however be willing to relocate to Dubai when necessary
- Degree qualification not essential however an engineering background preferable
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Experience managing FM budgets is essential and thr ability to manage Service Level Agreements
- Experience working as a Chief Engineer or FM with any of the World\\\\\\\‘s leading Hotel Groups
- Must understand the complex operations for maintenance departments within Hotels
- Must be an energetic and enthusiastic professional
- Preferably experience within complex sites and a keen eye for attention to detail
